1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

These materials are heavily protected by United States copyright laws, international treaties, and deeply entrenched intellectual property statutes.

2. Absolute Restriction on Reproduction and Distribution

Under no circumstances does access to this EPK or its native media files grant any form of licensing, broadcast rights, or synchronization rights. You are expressly, unequivocally prohibited from copying, downloading, modifying, ripping, performing, distributing, broadcasting, remixing, sampling, sub-licensing, or selling any audio or visual material contained herein without explicit, written, and fully executed contractual consent signed directly by Jandro or his authorized legal representation.

3. Iron-Clad Non-Commercial Clause

Streaming or playing media from this site does not transfer ownership in any capacity.

4. Prohibition of Artificial Intelligence & Data Mining

The ingestion, scraping, data-mining, or utilization of any audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, etc.), text, or imagery from this site to train, fine-tune, or prompt generative Artificial Intelligence models—including but not limited to vocal synthesis, stem separation algorithms, or lyric generation frameworks—is strictly strictly forbidden. Jandro retains all absolute rights against unauthorized vocal cloning or algorithmic reproduction.

5. DMCA and Enforcement

Jandro reserves the aggressive right to enforce these terms. Any unauthorized publication (e.g., uploading to YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, social media, or unauthorized pressing) will result in immediate Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, followed by severe civil damages litigation to the fullest extent of the law.

6. Booking & Licensing Inquiries

Legitimate inquiries for synchronization licenses, performance booking, or recording master utilization must be directed through the official contact channel provided on the main EPK page. No verbal agreements are authorized or recognized.
